How it all started....

My perspective of what happened…..

In March 2024 I saw lots of facebook ads about Feminine Sales Academy and it was all about the 7 figure mindset and achieving those results. It also caught my eye because when I searched and googled them online there was lots of advertisements of providing a trained in house sales person. And when I watched all the funnel videos in the lead up to the sales call, a lot of things talked about which caught my attention was how this lady, Jessica, had spent all this money outsourcing sales and found the best way was an in house sales person and she was going to help me with my problem.

When I was doing the sales calls with them, it really sounded like it was the answer for me. I was going to be getting a female salesperson, taught sales and as an add on they mentioned they also help with growing the business. So it was a really results focused sales process I feel. And I guess I did feel pressured to purchase on the call and I was a bit of a people pleaser, been growing out of that, but after the sales call is when things really started going bad…..

So I was passed around to a few people and then ended up getting some kind of “account manager” in New Zealand who was going to have a call with me every 2 weeks for only….only 30 minutes. And the reply times for any troubles I had as a new fast growing and changing business, was 24-48 hours….it was soooooo bad. Because I have just spent 10.6k to not even get fast replies. And my business was just starting out and to be honest I look back on it and I realise I needed something with a lot more help and consultations. Not just a ‘here’s a google doc and homework for you to fking fill out’. I could have found my own homework and youtube videos to watch online for free. I pay for these expensive courses to have someone guide me through them personally and I thought for a 10.6k course I would be getting that. In fact for the first 4 week or something (can’t quite remember) the “coach” who I was supposed to do 30min calls with went on her honeymoon. Which is fine, but they should have paired me with someone to actually fulfill their service. Instead of me getting these 24-28 hour replies to my problems that usually needed immediate attention, and some 1-1 coaching which I thought I had paid for.

My Experience with Feminine Sales Academy

What initially hooked me on this company was the promise of a female salesperson however the I felt sales process I was put through did not thoroughly understand this. When I asked my coach about that she said that would "come later"

Instead of learning "sales" skills to make me money. The program taught me "branding pillars" and a lot of other stuff which didn't really apply to my industry. It felt like they were suggesting most of my sales should come through some kind of organic social media strategy which had I done I would have not made as many sales as I have made today. I feel like the "sales skills" taught were not applicable to people in tech. But for "coaches".

I honestly found the way they taught sales and the things they were teaching me were....unhelpful? I think I only got 30minutes with a coach like once every two weeks or something and her replies were so incredibly slow that any queries I had, by the time she had replied I'd forgotten about or I'd just gotten on with it.

My Experience with Jessica Viera

The face of the company and the person selling these courses....I did not speak to her once. Actually...I think I did. That was when she replied to one of the many comments I left on her Facebook and Instagram profiles.

Despite my unhappiness with the service. And my continuous requests for a refund it has not been provided. Instead I have been issued with a defamation notice requesting $3500AUD of my money. Had I received this refund, there would not be a website dedicated to sharing my negative experience with Feminine Sales Academy.
